How long orders take, how they travel, and what we handle on the paperwork.

Green Haven is a brand of Kapson Globex, Faridabad, Haryana, India. We manufacture in India and ship domestically and worldwide.
Production lead time
Orders are made to requirement rather than picked from stock. Production typically takes 2 to 4 weeks, counted from the later of order confirmation and your approval of artwork or a proof. Transit time is additional and depends on destination and mode.
Fixed packs bought online are much faster. Those are made within 48 to 72 working hours of you approving the artwork proof, and shipped after that. Transit is typically 3 to 6 days to most Indian pincodes. Working hours exclude weekends and public holidays. Very large orders, several branding methods on one pack, or a run we have to schedule around a festive peak can take longer, and we tell you before you pay if that applies.
Large volumes, several branding methods on one order, or custom packaging can extend this. We confirm a realistic window with your quotation, and tell you promptly if anything is likely to slip.
Freight and charges
Freight is quoted per order, because cost depends on volume, weight, destination and how quickly you need it. Unless a quotation states otherwise, prices exclude freight, insurance, duties and local taxes at the destination.
Fixed packs bought online are the exception. The price shown includes freight anywhere in India, at one rate, with no delivery surcharge by pincode. Orders shipping outside India are always quoted separately.
If you have a freight forwarder you prefer, we are happy to hand over to them. If not, we arrange carriage and quote it with the order. Import duties, customs charges and any local clearance costs are the buyer's responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Packing
Goods are packed to export standard, built for the journey rather than for the shelf. Where you have ordered custom or branded packaging, that is produced alongside the order and shipped inside protective outer packing.
Export documentation
For international orders we prepare the standard document set: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and the relevant transport document. If your import needs anything additional, tell us at the quotation stage so we can confirm we can provide it.
Where we ship
Across India, and to buyers worldwide. We have exported to Australia, France, Italy, Switzerland, United States, Spain, Turkey and Czech Republic, among others.
Delivery, risk and delays
Risk in the goods passes on the terms agreed for your order. Please inspect shipments on arrival: if anything is damaged in transit, note it on the carrier's paperwork before signing and tell us within 7 days, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Delivery estimates are given in good faith. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, including carrier delays, customs inspection, port congestion, weather or other force majeure events. We will keep you informed and help resolve them.
Tracking
We share the transport document or tracking reference once a shipment leaves our facility, so you can follow it to destination.
