Privacy policy.
We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry or fulfil your order, and we don't sell or share your details for marketing.
Who we are
Green Haven is a brand of Kapson Globex, in partnership with 9Cork. We manufacture and export cork products worldwide from India. This policy covers greenhaven.eco. For any privacy question, write to info@greenhaven.eco.
What we collect
We collect personal data only when you choose to send it to us:
- Enquiry form. Your name, company, email, phone number and the message you write.
- Catalogue request. Your name, company, email, phone number and which ranges you are interested in.
- Website analytics. Aggregated, anonymous visit data such as page views, country and the site you arrived from. This does not identify you and does not use cookies, so it runs for everyone.
- Advertising cookies, unless you opt out. We load the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. It sets cookies and tells Meta which pages you viewed, so we can show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram and measure which ads lead to orders. Press Opt out on the cookie notice, or on our privacy page, and we stop sending anything to Meta and never load the script again on this browser.
Cookies and your choice
Our visitor analytics is cookie-free, and the only cookies this site sets are Meta's advertising cookies. Those run by default so we can tell which ads bring real orders, and you can turn them off whenever you like. You can change your mind at any time:
You can also clear cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Meta's advertising tracking in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
If you order online
When you buy one of our fixed packs we collect what we need to make and invoice the order: your business name, GSTIN if you have one, your name, email, phone and delivery address, together with the pack you configured. We keep this as a record of the sale and for the statutory period we are required to retain tax records.
If you start a checkout and do not finish paying, we still hold what you entered, including any artwork you attached, so that we can help you complete the order. Ask us and we will delete it.
We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payment is handled entirely by Razorpay, our payment provider, on their own systems. What comes back to us is confirmation that a payment succeeded and its reference number.
Your logo and artwork
Previewing your logo on a product in the branding visualiser happens entirely inside your own browser. Nothing is sent to us at that stage, and you can try as many files as you like without uploading anything.
If you attach your logo to an order, that file is uploaded to us and stored privately so we can prepare your artwork and production proof. It is not public, it is not listed anywhere, and we do not use it for anything other than your order. Your artwork remains yours. Ask us and we will delete it once your order is complete.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, send the catalogue you asked for, quote pricing, minimum order quantities and lead times, and to keep a record of our business correspondence with you. We do this to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and for our legitimate interest in responding to trade enquiries. We do not use your details for automated decision-making.
If you asked us for a catalogue or a quote, we may follow up about that enquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any email from us.
Who else processes your data
We keep this list short on purpose. Your details are handled by these service providers solely so the website can function:
- Vercel. Hosts the website and provides cookie-free visitor analytics.
- Hostinger. Provides our email service, which delivers catalogue emails and holds our correspondence.
- Web3Forms. Delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Google Drive. Hosts the catalogue file that we link to in the email we send you.
- Razorpay. Processes your payment on their own systems. We never receive your card, UPI or bank details.
- Supabase. Stores your order record and any artwork file you attach, in a private store that is not public and not listed anywhere.
- Zoho Books. Our accounting system, where your GST invoice is raised. It holds your business name, GSTIN, address and contact details.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Unless you opt out, it receives the pages you viewed so we can run and measure ads.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
International transfers
We are based in India and we export worldwide, so if you contact us from outside India your details will be sent to and stored in India, and with the providers listed above, which may process data in other countries. Where we handle data of individuals in the UK or European Economic Area, we do so on the basis set out above and apply the same protections described in this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and catalogue correspondence for as long as needed to serve you as a customer or prospective customer, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. If you ask us to delete your details and we have no legal reason to keep them, we will.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, stop using it for follow-up, or withdraw your cookie consent. Write to info@greenhaven.eco and we will respond. If you are in the UK or EEA and you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions and catalogue emails are sent over encrypted links. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us sensitive personal information, passwords or payment details through the forms on this site.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date at the top.
